Mission POSSIBLE January 2027™ is a 90-day program offering coaching, group sessions, templates, and educational resources to help professionals position themselves for technology consulting opportunities. Sessions, materials, and schedules may be updated at our discretion.

3. Enrollment & Payments

Program enrollment is processed through our third-party checkout provider. Pricing, payment plans, and start dates are displayed at checkout and apply at the time of purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

4. Refunds

Due to the digital and cohort-based nature of the program, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase to discuss your situation.

5. Intellectual Property

All program content, frameworks, templates, recordings, and materials are the intellectual property of Tammy L. Davis and Nexlevel Consulting. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and other members. We reserve the right to remove participants who violate community standards, without refund.

7. No Professional Advice / No Guarantees

The Service does not provide legal, financial, or employment advice and does not guarantee any specific job, income, or career outcome. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
